This is the first in the LINKS series of five monographs. It comments on Indigenous research reform, reviews more specifically the Reform Agenda and explores how the CRCATH can position itself to promote, debate and implement the agenda in its practice. The LINKS Action Research Project is a strategic research initiative of the CRCATH that aims to investigate the effectiveness of CRCATH procedures associated with undertaking research, managing research and disseminating research findings.
