Associate Professor Rosemary Knight is the Principal
Adviser/Chronic Diseases, Primary and Ambulatory Care Division
within the Department of Health and Ageing.
She was previously the Head of the School of Public Health and
Community Medicine within the Faculty of Medicine at the University
of New South Wales.
Rosemary has had over two decades of experience working in
health policy and programs implementation, GP programs, information
management, healthcare financing, quality use of medicines, chronic
diseases, mental health and population at risk. Her special
interest is in chronic diseases and the National Priority Health
Areas especially cancer, indigenous health, policy and health
services research with a focus on translating evidence into
practice.
