Professor Gary Robinson is a co-director of the School for Social and Policy Research at Charles Darwin University. He is a social anthropologist who has been active in research relating to Aboriginal youth, families and children in the Northern Territory for some 20 years. He has evaluated major health service initiatives and is now engaged with the development of early intervention strategies to support families and children in remote and urban Aboriginal communities.
